Veterans section letter No B/49868/DIAV/RRM/Vol-V/1109 dated 12 April 2018.
The said letter classified as MOST URGENT and it was clearly mentioned in two places in that one page letter. Moreover, it contained a direction to you to examine the case and take necessary action/give suitable reply directly to the concerned individual under intimation to all concerned within a period of 15 days on receipt of the letter. However, it is more than 1 year since that letter was issued but there was no action on it from your side.
It is very unfortunate. I have been begging for justice for more than 2 decades since I had been unceremoniously dismissed from service and put in prison for 6 months in 14 Aug 1997 when I raised my voice against corruption rampant in the Army and this is the kind of response I have been receiving from everywhere since then.

I am a man of integrity. I lead a
dignified life and when I see corruption and injustice, I raise my voice
against it and according to me this is what all citizens and soldiers in this
country must do. Let me remind you what Subhash Chandra Bose, the founder of
Indian Army once said, “Not injustice but suffering injustice silently is a
greater crime”.
Justice is denied to me. When I am
denied justice, my 11 year old daughter is denied justice. Please act on the
letter mentioned above and ensure justice to me at least at this belated stage
for which I shall be highly thankful to you all.
